As a thank you to the support that Lyde Court  gives to us here at Kidwells House, we asked if Gary, owner of Lyde Court, would like to go flying in the helicopter and take some aerial pictures of his property. He was very keen to do this and his daughter Minette joined him.  They started the day at Shopdon airfield where they were greeted by Amanda from Kidwells House and Pilot Michael Horne of Kidwells Solicitors .

At about 12 Michael brought the helicopter in to land on their front lawn where Gary’s wife Karen and several members of staff came to watch.  They were also greeted by Caroline Simpson from Kidwells Solicitors and all enjoyed a cuppa in the kitchen at Lyde Court.

Lyde Court dates back to the 14th Century and is part of the vast Duchy of Cornwall Estate. It is set in a private and isolated Herefordshire valley, yet is astonishingly only 2 miles from the city centre. The 17th Century stone barns have undergone minimal changes in 400 years and are completely unspoilt. Stone walls, vaulted ceilings, elm beams and arrow slit windows create an atmospheric awe inspiring venue.  If you are planning a wedding and want an unforgettable venue then contact Gary today!
