Myself and partner stayed at your accommodation in August whilst visiting family in the area and booked a room last minute.  We arrived in the afternoon and were met at reception by Alice who was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive and welcoming.  The room we had booked was modest, clean and had everything we required for an overnight stay.  We went out for the afternoon and upon returning to your accommodation found that Alice had left a note under the door explaining that further vegan options and soya milk had been purchased for us for breakfast the following morning.  We were impressed that she had taken note of our dietary choices during check in and gone the extra mile to provide excellent customer service; a credit to the establishment.  We would certainly return to your accommodation if staying in the area again.

I use Kidwells regularly as it is a no fuss, clean, reliable, competitively priced B&B. I’ve never needed to complain and have been staying there most weeks for 9 months so that says something in itself.
